How do you handle complains or suggestions?

What you need to carry on renting a vehicle?

• A valid passport or ID card
• the date of delivery of the vehicle and the copy of your passport or driver's license, or send an order to annex the email (applicable to all drivers at the time of rental vehicles)
• driving license valid for the Czech Republic (Europe) territory
• credit card for a refundable deposit for the rented car (rents a car without a refundable deposit through the bank card can not be with our car rental)

What is included in the price of a vehicle loan?

What to do in the event of a crash in the Republic?

• If the accident was not reported to police, you are fully responsible for the damage yourselves and all cost of damage will be claimed from you. The car insurance does not affect your responsibility.

• The rest is same as in Europe - call the police to make a report - if the accident was not reported you are responsible for all damages in full and complete insurance does not apply to you

What documents are required at the roadside police?

What is a limited participation in the implementation of a traffic accident?

• It means that the minimum amount for which you are responsible for the accident in case of your own fault –the contribution in the amount of 5% (at least 5000, - CZK), or. 10% (at least CZK 10,000) for more expensive the middle class cars, is obligatory by you.

What is not legitimate and accident insurance?

• insurance gives you full protection in relation to any insurance events from your own fault for car rental and damage to property caused by another person, but not in the driver's technical minimum (see driving school), such as driving without oil and subsequent engine damage (ignoring light alarm, etc.)
